CuSCN as HTL is used in inorganic planar carbon electrode-based Sb 2 S 3 solar cells resulting a higher PCE (1.95%) compared to Au (PCE = 1.75%). Also, this device architecture enables semitransparent cell 1.67%, AVT 27.6%).
